Where do you deliver?

At this time we are currently delivering standard orders to addresses within a 6km radius of Victoria City Halls. Please refer to this map to confirm your delivery address is within our delivery radius.

I tried to place an order but it won’t accept my shipping address.

If at checkout your order says “no shipping options available”, it is likely because your shipping address is outside of our delivery radius. We offer pickup at our restaurant at 556A Pandora Avenue, if we cannot deliver to your address.

I received the wrong items in my order.

Please email us at info@dumplingdrop.ca with your order number or call us at 250-590-3262. We will take care of the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Can I get a more specific delivery time/shorter delivery window?

Please note that due to high volumes of orders, we cannot provide shorter delivery windows or more specific times. Thank you for your understanding.

 

I need to make a change to my order.

If you need to edit your order, change your shipping/billing information, or cancel your order, please email or call 250-590-3262 us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery window begins. If you reach out after this time, we may not be able to accommodate alterations to your order.

 

I stepped out and think I missed my delivery.

Please wait until 6pm - if you were not home when we attempted to deliver and we have time, we will loop back and make a second delivery attempt in our delivery window. If by then your delivery still has not arrived, please email us at

My dumplings seem to be stuck together. What should I do?
 

 

While dumplings are frozen, we recommend giving them a good whack on the edge of a hard surface (such as a counter or table) or dropping them on the floor while still in the bag to help them separate. This will prevent them from sticking together.

 

 

Do you offer gluten-free options?

 

 At this time we do not have gluten-free options available. We are hoping to make this possible in the future!

 

 

 

Do your dumplings contain nuts? 

 

While our dumplings and sauce do not have nuts added to them, please note that because we are a small kitchen, do note there is possibility for cross-contamination.

 

 

Do you offer catering? 

 

Please contact us at info@dumplingdrop.ca with any catering requests at least 2 weeks before before the date you’d like to host your event.
