3 Piece Bamboo Steamer
Set features 2 bamboo steamer sections and lid. Easily prepare your frozen dumplings and side dishes at the same time!
First, Line the inside of the basket steamer with perforated parchment paper liner, regular parchment paper, or lettuce leaves.
Fill a pot or pan the same width as the basket halfway with water. Place the steaming basket on top of the pot or pan and, on high heat, bring the water to a rolling boil. Make sure the bottom layer of the basket sits above the water and isn't submerged.
Place dumplings in the steamer basket leaving at least ½ inch of space between each dumpling. If you would like to steam vegetables, place them in the top basket.
Cover and steam for approximately 10 minutes or until fully cooked through. Do not remove the lid during this time. The internal temperature of the dumpling should reach 165 °C (329°F).
