When will my order be ready for pick-up?
Orders are ready for pickup the day after you place an order. If you would like to pick up your order earlier or on another day, please call us at 250-590-3262.
I need to make a change to my order.
If you need to edit your order, change your billing information, or cancel your order, please call 250-590-3262 or email us at hello@dumplingdrop.ca
I received the wrong items in my order.
If you ordered directly from our website, please email hello@dumplingdrop.ca with your order number and the issue with the order. If you ordered for delivery via one of our third party delivery services, please call us at 250-590-3262. We will do our best to rectify the issue as quickly as we can.
My dumplings seem to be stuck together. What should I do?
While dumplings are frozen, we recommend giving them a good whack on the edge of a hard surface (such as a counter or table) or dropping them on the floor while still in the bag to help them separate. This should separate them without damaging them.
Do you offer gluten-free options?
While our dumplings are not gluten-free, our Chaiyo dinner menu, featuring a selection of Thai dishes, has many gluten-free options. Be sure to check it out Thursday - Sunday from 6 - 9pm!
Do your dumplings contain nuts?
Our dumplings do not contain nuts, however, some of our other dishes too. As we are a small kitchen, we cannot guarantee a zero-cross contamination zone.
Do you offer catering?
Yes! We love to cater staff lunches, weddings, parties, and other events. Please email your catering requests to hello@dumplingdrop.ca at least 2 weeks from your event.
